GROW TALLER WITH THESE YOGA ASANAS

 There are a number of yoga asanas to increase height by straightening and realigning your spine, resulting in a taller posture.

1.  Surya Namaskar or Sun Salutation

5.   Natrajasana or Lying-down Body twist

As the name suggests, you should lie down while twisting your body. You'll have to execute Natarajasana on the ground. Natarajasana is one of the yoga asanas to increase height.

 

6.    Sukhasana or Easy pose

Sukhasana is a yoga practice that helps to tone your hips and lower back while also balancing your breath. This asana will also help you become taller. Simply cross your legs on the floor, place your hands on your knees, and concentrate on your breathing.

 

7.  Balasana or Child pose

It entails bending your knees and sitting on the floor. Place your forehead on the ground and stretch your arms completely out in front of you while inhaling.

 

8.    Ardha Chakrasana or Half Wheel pose

You must maintain a straight posture while keeping your feet close together. Stretch your arms while bending your upper body backward slightly.

 

9.                  Dhanurasana or Bow pose

Another yoga asana to increase height is Dhanurasana. Bow posture entails resting on your stomach on the floor, arms on the ground, and feet apart. Bend your knees slowly. Like a bow, you must raise your head, chest, and thigh to a precise height.

 

10.  Virabhadrasana or Warrior pose

Make your legs as far apart as possible in the standing position to do this. Raise your hands, bend your right knee, swivel your head, and look right while inhaling.
